formerly known as "Rawvana," a raw vegan influencer. Yovana has
transitioned to a non-vegan diet after a health scare and is here
to talk about what she's learned throughout her transition to
animal-based foods. Yovana is a Mexican-American wellness and
healthy living content creator & in addition to sharing her life on
social media, she focuses on self-love, self-discovery, and living
a balanced life with her family. Today, Yovana joins us to discuss
all things raw veganism, how it negatively affected her body, what
she's learned about herself since incorporating animal protein into
